Testing Process with the Toys Flammability Tester GT-M17
1: Install the gas tank.
2: Press down on the GAS valve and turn on the gas switch.Adjust the combustion flow rate.
3.Turn on the power.
4: Install the T-type fork.
5: Install the specimen.
6: Adjust the ignition position.
7: Press ▼. Select the test mode. Here select Children headwear Toys test for demonstration.
Set the ignition time.
Select the length of the specimen according to the size of the specimen (length＜50mm or length≥50mm). Here the specimen is larger than 50 mm, so choose length ≥50 mm.
Press SET to confirm all setting.
8: Step 1: Press ▶ button to reset. Step 2: press ◀ button to open the gas solenoid valve.
9：Ignite the burner.
10: Use the Flame Height Ruler to measure the height of flame. Adjust the test flame height to 20mm by adjusting the flow switch. Then adjust the nozzle to 45 angle.
11: Click "ENT" to start the test.
12: Press ◀ when the test is completed.
13:Check the results.
