How to Use The Toy Chest Lid Durability Tester GT-M02

The Toy Chest Lid Durability Tester GT-M02 is used to test the durability of toy chest lids. It uses a fixture to move the lid of a toy box, and the reciprocating motion of the mechanism causes the lid to open and close repeatedly until the number of tests reaches a set value, checking whether the hinged part of the toy box lid is functioning well. The machine complies with international standards such as EN-71-1, ASTM F834, ISO 8124-1 and GB 6675.2. Below are the operating instructions for the Toy Chest Lid Durability Tester GT-M02.

I. Preparation

Before operation, ensure the toy lid durability Tester is functioning properly by performing the following checks:

1. Connect the air hose and verify the power supply is AC220V and properly connected.

2. Turn on the power, test run to check, click the “Start” button, observe whether the cylinder is running normally, whether the counter is counting normally.

II. Adjustment

1. Adjust the sensor switch to its minimal effective range for test accuracy.

2. Close the cylinder regulating valve to ensure the stable operation of the toy lid durability tester.

3. After installing the sample, you can adjust the upper and lower air valves to control the speed of flipping the lid (about 15s/1 cycle). Adjust the position of the induction switch so that the box cover can open and close precisely, and then lock the induction switch.

III. Start testing

Set the counter to the desired number of test cycles.

Start the test, click the “Start” button, the device will run automatically, and will stop automatically after completing the set number of times.

After testing, inspect the sample for hinge damage or abnormal function.

IV. Safety & Maintenance

Before running, make sure all connections are solid to avoid the equipment loosening in high frequency testing.

Set an appropriate lid movement speed; excessive speed may compromise test accuracy.

During operation, if any abnormality is found, stop the equipment immediately, check the cause of the fault and remove it before continuing the test.
